Structural work will be coming to a close in the next week or so...

We have had a big couple of weeks again.

The bulk of the heavy work is now complete. All doorways and internal walls have been built. The plumbers and electricians are half way through first fixing.

We have some heavy steelwork to fit to the front wall which is being delivered in the next few days- Taking such a large amount of masonry away to make way for the 3 meter glass doors has meant steel is required to maintain the strength in the front of the property.

Below is a photo and short video showing the master suit of apartment 4 (identical in apartments 2 and 6)

New windows have been fitted flooding light into the space. The video begins in the master bedroom, heading through the opening to the master suits sitting area with sofa, dressing table, & wall mounted Smart TV, leading to the ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have 1500mm x 800mm shower trays with rainfall showers.

This master suite really excites us. The perfect space to relax, morning or evening, away from the family in the rest of the apartment. With 90 square meters of space, each apartment is generously sized to make 6 guests feel very comfortable.

Below is the living space of apartment 4. We appreciate that these videos do take some imagination. The back wall, (first wall shown in the video) will be filled with a lovely 'L' shaped kitchen finished in a satin grey cupboard and light marble worktop with sea views from the window above the kitchen sink. Panning round to the front of the property you see dual aspect sea views from Flamborough head, to the harbour, from the left hand window and front window.

The front window is to be replaced with 3 meter sliding doors, leading out to a 3 meter wide, 2 meter long balcony, and uninterrupted views over the beach below.
