We have received the final internal drawing for the 6 apartments.
We think they look great, and with each unit measuring roughly 90 meters square, they're set to be some of the largest apartments in Bridlington!
Each will have a stunning view. Their open plan living space will show off the panoramic view of the beach through 9ft wide glass doors which open onto your private balcony.
Whilst we were discussing the layout of the lounge, a seal popped up through the surf on the beach. It sat on the sand for a while before heading back out to sea. This really made us think how truly magical the guest experience will be once we are finished. To be able to sit and watch seals and dolphins pass by morning and evening will create memories to last a lifetime, for family members of all ages.
With 2 or 3 bedrooms, and both ensuite and house bathrooms, families and friends will be more than comfortable.
We are currently working with our lighting team to produce and install effective ambient lighting around the apartments to give a real feeling of luxury, and a cosiness using the latest LED technology.
